It’s the most wonderful time of the year… not. For Uber and Grab partners and users as these App-based transport services have been suspended for 20 days with a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.
The court ruled in favor of The Stop & Go Coalition founded by Mr. Jun Magno, which is a transport group with Fx/Auv, Jeepney, Taxi and the Tricycle Sector. (Source: Stop&Go)
GMA reported that this is due to the fact that they are charging the  passengers without following the tariff issued by the LTFRB.  (Source: GMA News )
