Check out the video to find ways to help the Philippines after Tropical Storm Ketsana (locally named Typhoon Ondoy) tore through the Philippines. An estimated 80% of the capital, Manila, was said to be underwater. As of now, over 100 people are reported dead and many more still missing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
