Exciting times for Hollywood actor Matt Damon, who is not only back in the big screen as Jason Bourne, but is also starring in an upcoming historical fantasy film by visionary director Zhang Yimou.
The Great Wall, which is set to be released in February 2017, is described in the film’s synopsis as telling “the story of an elite force making a valiant stand for humanity on the world’s most iconic structure.” Although the public is questioning as this might be another case of Hollywood white-washing (what is an American guy doing in an all-Chinese film?), we are hoping the film provides us with some pretty convincing answers.
