The news of Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston getting together back in June came as a shock to everyone. First of all, it had only been weeks after Taylor broke it off with year-long boyfriend Calvin Harris, a Scottish music producer and DJ. Second, Tom and Taylor? Not something anyone would see coming.
And after three months of a whirlwind romance, ’round the world trips coupled with intense PDA, meet-the-parent shenanigans, and too many lovey-dovey vacation photos, Hiddleswift called it quits. But no, according to Tom, the whole relationship wasn’t a PR thing. It was real. But…was it really?
At the recent Emmy Awards Night, Tom was asked if he and Taylor are still friends. His answer? “Yes. Yes, we are.”
Well, maybe exes can really be friends after. Or not. Let us wait for Taylor’s next album, and maybe we’ll see.
