THRILLING WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT!!!
An estimated 300+ events are being planned in 6 continents all over the globe in a global celebration of the life and music of Michael Jackson to perform “Thriller” dance simultaneously for World Record and are expected to dance with between 10,000-50,000 participants worldwide on Saturday, October 27, 2012, 12:00pm, GMT/UTC via unified Ustream LIVE online streaming.
Marikina City, Sept. 08 /PR News-First Call/ — Worldwide preparations are heading to the finish line of Thrill The World® simultaneous global dance events held throughout the globe to break a world record. Philippines returns for the 3rd time in a row participating in the world’s “Largest Simultaneous Thriller Dance” event led by Thrill The World Philippines.
Teams of MJ Fans, top dancers and non dancers, true-blue cosplayers, Zombie anime, and hundreds of participants alike all put on their dancing shoes and sequined gloves to join in thrilling World Record attempt to enjoy the Thrill The World® d 2012 Halloween madness this October. The Thrill The World® 6th World Series for 2012 kicks off with the celebration of “Michael Jackson’s 25th BAD” album anniversary which is set to thrill over a night of action on and off the field.
Prepare for a most spine tingling and off-field entertainment that delivers the most chillin’ and thrillin’ unique atmosphere brought to Filipino family & friends with breathless intensity! Unlike anything else in the Philippines, our event was already famous for fancy Zombie cosplay costumes, music and dancing, this is an event not to be missed!
This initiative is designed to spotlight the importance of parental involvement in a youth activities, and to promote healthy lifestyle and active aging, finding alternative ways to interest youngsters and seniors to experience new ways to enjoy Halloween in positive and unique outdoor activities like “Dancing for World Record”.
The first Thrill Day in 2006, was initially started out as a “cool idea” that came to fruition after a group of 62 zombies set a Guinness World Records in 2006 for the “Largest Thriller Dance” in one location in Toronto, Canada founded by Ines Markeljevic, who aimed to “Unite the World through Dance”.

Following the death of Jackson in July 2009, Jones once again acknowledged Thrill The World® in an open letter to the media. He wrote, “In every language on the planet, from prison yards in the Philippines to Thrill The World® that will be the beautiful, grand legacy of Michael Jackson.”
