This is How the World Eats Hotdogs 2

The hotdog may be the most ‘American’ food out there (yes, we know they were imported from Germany), but different countries around the world have embraced this sausage and made it their own.

Food website Food Republic reveals how 40 different US states and countries eat their hotdog, and it is interesting. New York usually eats it in a bun with mustard, sauerkraut, and onion sauce, but other countries are creative. For example, Korea eats it coated in crinkle-cut fries and fried on a stick, while France eats it served in a baguette, and covered in Gruyere cheese then broiled. The Philippines is included in the list, and is the only one that eats it with rice.
