This Girl Lost Half her Size! Her Incredible Transformation & How She Did it

Kimberly Gallenero is trending right now because of her incredible weight loss journey. She posted on her Facebook page the anniversary of the day she told herself that she will lose weight.

She says on her post that she was often ridiculed by her weight. Often called names and people who would tell her that she doesn’t have any more hope of losing weight since she has become so big already.

She tells the public that she put on weight simply because she loves eating what her mom and sister cooks everyday.

This is the exact day when I decided to lose weight. Hindi ko alam kung papayat ba talaga ko. Yung itatanong pa kasi sayo “Bakit ang taba mo?” Like wtf, hindi pa ba obvious? May pang-foods! Ganern! Tapos mang-aasar “baboy, taba, tabachoy, aparador, pader” wow just wow.
Before kasi mag-didiet ako pero 1 linggo lang kasi masarap ulam. Masisisi mo ba ko kung masarap luto ng mommy at ate ko? Hindi ko rin alam kung may pag-asa ba talaga ko na pumayat kasi wala eh. Ang hirap. Ang laki ko sobra. Masarap kumain. Sabi pa ng iba, “Siguro wala ka na pag-asang pumayat noh? Ang taba mo talaga kasi.” Down na down ako nung sinabi nila yun sakin. Pero thank you sakanila kasi kung hindi nila sinabi yun sakin? Malamang hindi ko ipupush baguhin tong katawan ko. Yung tipong mga kaibigan at pamilya mo kumakain ng kung ano-ano tapos ikaw skyflakes lang? To the point na nag-ccrave ka talaga pero kailangan mo magtiis kasi may goal ka. Yung tipong sila ulam at kanin tapos sayo tinapay okaya oats ???? hindi ko namalayan non na naka-1month na ko but I didn’t stop there. Sabi ko, “Sige na Kim, i-push mo na yan. Sayang eh nandyan na yan titigil ka nanaman ba?” And then eto na 1 year na hindi ko alam parang ang bilis. Gosh success! May pag-asa pa pala. Thank you lord! Hindi ko pinost to para mag-yabang o kung ano man iniisip ng iba sakin. I just want to inspire and motivate other people na feeling nila porket mataba sila eh forever na. Wala pong forever! At, hindi porket mataba eh pangit na. Lahat tayo dito anak ng Diyos. Lahat ng ginawa ng Diyos ay maganda Bow. Ang haba noh? Pero nag-papasalamat ako sa mga taong nang-down sakin noon. Na wala na kong pag-asa. Salamat sainyo! Dahil sainyo nagawa ko to.

PS: Yung mga gusto magpapayat diyan, tiwala lang. Kung kaya ko mas kaya nyo ???? Wag kayo mag-padala sa sinasabi ng iba. Gawin nyo. Wag kayong matakot na subukan.

With thousands of people commenting on her page most were encouraging and cheering her on but others were concerned that this method of dieting is not the healthiest.

One commenter says that instead of skyflakes, they should opt for fruit. Another says that weight loss will be achieved but this diet will give them very low energy. Another reminds people that not everyone is built the same and what works for Kimberly will not necessarily work for everyone else.
