Japan really loves their animated characters enough to let them represent their culture!
After announcing that some of their beloved animé characters were chosen as ambassadors for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics, a town in Japan has yet again chosen a cartoon character as their newest mascot.
Meet Yukimaru, the flying doggo!
Yukimaru is a flying drone puppy chosen as the new mascot in the town of Oji.
Powered by a quadcopter, Yukimaru made his first appearance in a promotional video showcasing the different parts of town:
