The Filipino taste is inclusive of all things sweet and homey. With that said, when the When in Manila team visited St. Louis House of Fine Ice Cream and Dessert, where we each found love. Not only does it house the most satisfying desserts, but it can also be found at the heart of Bonifacio Global City where one can easily enjoy a productive afternoon with awesome food, or where friends could dine in a picturesque environment for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.
This view alone easily satisfied our taste buds.Â
We scream for ice cream.
The ambiance is perfect to clear one’s mind from all the stresses of a corporate life. Furthermore, a cup of coffee can easily melt away the tiredness of a day’s work. Of course, for those who wish to accomplish as much as they can, this place can house business conversations among co-workers all while serving up delicious churros (P200, good for one; P350, good for two; P1100, for a feast) to munch on and really good coffee to sip. The atmosphere is relaxed enough for anyone’s liking, and the food is good enough to spark innovation and creativity in the most exhausted of minds!

For date night, the Wild Strawberry Waffle (P380) is a must-have! Not only is it pleasing to the eyes, it also brings about various tasteful sensations we could not get enough of. Surely, this place would be impressionable on any date, especially as it is Instagrammable and feed-worthy beyond anything.
The edibles, of course, also boast beautiful presentations with toppings just as pretty, and colors complementing each dish. Although not found on the menu, the Avocado Toast and the Coffee Art are the perfect examples of these, though we are sure the same proves true for any other dish here!
