As the only bachelor President we’ve had, it’s no surprise that every time news of a romantic interest comes around, the media is abuzz about President Aquino’s love life. And while PNoy hasn’t had much trouble dating beautiful women, we round up some of the most prominently linked to him throughout his presidency. Were you rooting for anyone in particular?

5. Shalani Soledad
A Valenzuela councilor at the time, Shalani and PNoy were together during the latter’s presidential campaign, referred to as the future First Lady. After two years of dating however, the two broke up. Shalani married congressman Roman Romulo in 2012.
4. Liz Uy
The President was prominently linked to celebrity stylist and John Lloyd Cruz’s ex-girlfriend Liz Uy shortly after his breakup with councilor Shalani. While Liz did confirm that they have been going out, she never confirmed whether they were dating. A few months later, Liz Uy said that she knew she could not live a normal life if she and the President became a couple.
3. Len Lopez
In 2010, the President was also linked to Len Lopez, a stock broker, whom his sisters referred to as his “steady date”. Though like most of the women he’s been linked to, a relationship was never confirmed by the President himself, but they were always spotted together at parties and events. In 2011 however, they parted ways.
2. Grace Lee
Seems like PNoy has a thing for chinitas… probably because he’s surrounded himself with chinita family members all his life! Korean TV personality Grace Lee was said to be dating the President for a short time in 2012, but also called it quits after a few months.
1. Pia Wurtzbach
PNoy was also most recently linked to Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, who is almost 30 years his junior: Pia is 25 while the President is 55. Pia and the President were reportedly “text mates” but the two never confirmed whether they were actually dating. Pia also went so far to deny the rumors by saying that she and PNoy were really just friends.
