Saw Jigsaw

Horror fans, we have great news: the Saw franchise is returning after a seven-year break, and its new film will be called Jigsaw!

Of course, fans know that John Kramer, popularly known as the Jigsaw Killer, has already died, but a new series of murders fits his modus in Jigsaw.

Though it is possible that Kramer will be back, as the poster features his trademark pig mask.
It’s also worth noting that Tobin Bell, the actor who plays the killer, is listed in the cast on Jigsaw‘s Wikipedia page.

To date, the confirmed cast includes Matt Passmore, Callum Keith Rennie, Clé Bennett, Hannah Emily Anderson, Laura Vandervoort, Mandela Van Peebles, Paul Braunstein, Brittany Allen, and Josiah Black.

Saw is a horror franchise created by director James Wan (who also created The Conjuring franchise) and screenwriter Leigh Whannell. The film follows the Jigsaw Killer as he abducts people and performs physical or psychological torture to test their will to live.

Seven films have been released since 2004, becoming one of the highest-grossing horror film franchises of all time.

Jigsaw will premiere on October 27, 2017.
