We ROTFL’ed on floor when we watched the first Pitch Perfect, which followed a group of outcasts who try to win a national a cappella competition. The sequel was just as funny and we’re happy to report that there’s going to be a third film. And the teaser is out!

There’s no word what the third film will be about, but the teaser provides a few clues. Director Trish Sie says, “We’re taking you on a global tour with the Bellas,” so it’s fair to assume that it will be set in a foreign country. There’s also a scene in a casino, so that might be an interesting clue on what it will be about. Perhaps they are performers there?
What’s great about Pitch Perfect 3 is that most of the people in the first film are on board the project. Anna Kendrick, Anna Camp, Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow, Hailee Steinfeld, Alexis Knapp, Ester Dean, Hana Mae Lee, Chrissie Fit, Kelley Jakle, Shelley Regner, Elizabeth Banks, and John Michael Higgins are part of the film. Let’s hope that the Treblemakers will make an appearance, too!
Pitch Perfect 3 is set to premiere on December 22, 2017.
