Every parent must have thought at one point that they want to kill their kid. But it’s just a random thought that quickly goes away because after all, what sane parent would want to actually do that, right? But in the film Mom and Dad, parents do attempt to kill their offspring.

The trailer starts innocent enough: families wake up in the morning to start a new day. We are introduced to the Ryans, led by Nicolas Cage and Selma Blair as the married couple Brent and Kendall, who seem to have trouble controlling their kids Anne Winters and Zackary Arthur as Carly and Josh. As the kids are in school, all the parents show up and look thirsty for blood.
As the trailer says, “They brought you into this world, now they’ll take you out.”
Mom and Dad co-stars Olivia Crocicchia, Brionne Davis, and Samantha Lemole. The film is directed by Brian Taylor.
It will premiere on January 19, 2018.
