When In Manila, are you ready for this year’s biggest concert from The Crew?

The Crew prides itself on legacy.  For 15 years it has continued to explore dance as a means of artistic expression, collectively bringing unique and various talents together as one.   Handpicked from the UP Streetdance Club by its founder, Sir Jerome Dimalanta, its members continually strive for excellence in the world of streetdance.  Some are esteemed coaches.  Others are prominent teachers.  But no matter how different a path they take, or the extent of influence each may have in today’s dance community, they remain committed to representing the group where they built their foundations, firmly as a team, and as a family.

The Crew, representing the Philippines, joined the World Hip Hop Championships 2012, held in Las Vegas at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. All the team members of The Crew also competed in the Megacrew division of World Hip Hop 2012 with the UP Streetdance Club, which placed 3^rd overall in the Megacrew category.

On December 6, The Crew and Make-Up Designory presents: LIMITLESS, The Crew’s third annual hip hop dance concert, 7 PM at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater, Ateneo De Manila University. This concert will not only feature The Crew’s winning piece, it will also showcase the entire group’s excellence at the hip hop dance genre, and will also feature performances from world-renown and award winning dance groups such as The Manoeuvres, The Philippine All Stars, Tha Project, A-Team, Legit Status, M.Y. Crew, House of Dance, UPLB Streetjazz Dance Company, and The Crew’s affiliate university-based organization, The UP Streetdance Club.
