UP Statistical Society, the premiere organization in UP School of Statistics, is celebrating its 32nd year of service and excellence with a week-long festivity this September 8-14, 2013. Being a duly recognized academic organization and in line with its goals, UP StatSoc is inviting college students to participate in the 27th Annual Stat-Is-Eeks!, a nationwide inter-university quiz show for non-Statistics majors on September 14, 2013 at the PSSC Auditorium, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
The 27th Annual Stat-Is-Eeks, the highlight of UP StatSoc’s anniversary week, offers not only a chance to win as much as 15,000php and take the pride of being the 27th Stat-Is-Eeks grand champions, but also a very good opportunity for the school and the students to develop and gain a unique experience particularly in the field of Statistics and its applications. Just form a group of three to register and submit the requirements until the contest day itself.
