The 1st Liberal Leaders Summit: Crafting the Liberal Arts Blueprint
MANILA, Philippines – The country’s very first Liberal Leaders Summit: Crafting the Liberal Arts Blueprint organized by the DLSU Arts College Government, in partnership with the DLSU College of Liberal Arts, and endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education will be happening this November 13-15, 2013 at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium, De La Salle University-Manila.
This nationwide summit hopes to gather student leaders all over the country, who possess a bachelors degree may it be in the arts, social sciences or the humanities, in order to build a national liberal arts network that would create healthy relationships between students, organizations, and institutions in our country.
Delegates will learn to appreciate more the importance of a liberal arts education and their role in shaping the country through their education. Well-known leaders, politicians, media practitioners, and student leaders will be guiding the delegates in this national leadership journey that aims to create healthy interactions for the benefit of society.
