Since the time the open love letter of Aga Muhlach turned the cyber sphere into haywire, the term ‘TOTGA’ rose to fame as Muhlach addressed in his letter that Broadway actress Lea Salonga was his “The One That Got Away”.
Fans and netizens also pointed out how the two looked good together. However, both of them are now happily married and have children with different partners.
Buzzed reactions abounded once again when Salonga posted a photo of her and a framed photo of Muhlach, with a caption about thanking him for “just being Aga.”

Salonga and Muhlach starred in two movies together in the 90’s, “Bakit Labis Kitang Mahal” and “Sana Maulit Muli” where they were onscreen partners.
Just recently when they reunited for a planned dinner with their spouses, fans of the actors found a post of the two together in the dinner hilarious with the hashtags that mentioned the word ‘hopia’. Aside from it being a moonlike pastry, “Hopia” is a Filipino urban term that meant “someone still hoping that they’ll be loved back by the person his/her heart desires”.

Is a third film coming up for the two?
“I mean I would love to, again, if schedules work out. But I’m looking at my year and certain prospects and possibilities, and I’m not optimistic about our prospect for doing a film this year,” Salonga mentioned in an interview with ABS-CBN earlier this year.
Still, our fingers are crossed – you never know, right?
