TALES: The Untold Stories of Today – A Multimedia Art Exhibit Tackling Issues in Society

iOwls (Imaginative Owls), a group of A.B. Multimedia and Arts students from Asia Pacific College, wants to share their views on certain issues in society through their own artworks with a fairytale theme. TALES will give visitors and viewers a much needed wake-up call and a new perspective on everyday problems and issues that plague the society.

There are several artworks that visitors can enjoy in the TALES multimedia art exhibit such as paintings, installation arts and even a peculiar card game. Each artwork has their own story to tell.

TALES: The Untold Stories of Today will have its opening night on August 27 at the LRI Design Plaza near SM Jazz in Makati and will run until August 29. There will be acoustic performances from several independent bands plus free food and drinks during the opening night.

  • August 27 (Saturday) Opening Night – 4:00PM to 9:00PM
  • August 28 (Sunday) 1:00PM to 9:00PM
  • August 29 (Monday) 1:00PM to 9:00PM

About iOwls: iOwls consists of several aspiring Multimedia and Arts practitioners currently taking up the program in Asia Pacific College. They include John Michael Serrano, Lord Marin, Jubi Maneja, Katrina Joya, Aljhon Paule, Marichu Toreno, Amy Aquino, Faye Lacar and Angelica Galola.
