The National Bureau of Investigation arrested a woman who pretended to be “Ginger King Villavicencio” Â and tried to sell off a building worth Php200M.
According to the NBI, Maria Fe Cruz introduced herself to be “Ginger King Villavicencio” to Wilson Builders and tried to sell off a property at Bonifacio Global City Taguig. Though the suspect was caught in an entrapment operation, she refused to answer any questions.
In a separate operation, Jose Pabustan was also arrested faking all their documents. According to Wilson Builders, the Securities and Exchange Commission and registration seemed legitimate which led them to give P20M.
The NBI warns the public from similar scams and asks everyone to double check who they are dealing with and if they have legitimate documents.
