“Since the Philippines chapter started in 2005, 7,000 people have taken its various programs – from rehabilitation programs for inmates at Bilibid Prison, to trauma-relief efforts following typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng with the Philippine Red Cross. Companies such as Shangri-La, Copylandia, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Alveo have also incorporated it into their human resources in the Philippines.”

Last March 26, 2012, The Art of Living Foundation, together with EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, held a benefit concert for the victims of typhoon Sendong. The proceeds will be used for Trauma-Relief Workshops in Cagayan De Oro.
