A mano is a must-try for its Italian food. After all, the restaurant’s handmade dishes were recognized with the One to Watch 2022 – Solania Award. A mano was also dubbed one of the best pizzerias in Asia-Pacific by 50 Top Pizza. Make sure to try the Bismarck, their version of a breakfast pizza. It has homemade sausage, egg, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, Mozzarella di Bufala (a kind of cheese made from the milk of Italian Mediterranean buffalo), and basil.
