Lift It Up for Cancer is a charity event organize by CrossFit Alpha Strike which aims to raise money for the benefit of kids with cancer. This Sunday, December 15, athletes will gather at the Camp Karingal Covered Courts to compete for their strongest CrossFit total–involving lifts in the squat, press, and deadlift–and attempt their heaviest snatch and clean & jerk in the Olympic weightlifting competition.
