Novotel Manila Araneta Center is truly a haven. Take it from my experience with my friends. We had an overnight stay in this hotel and were able to experience their “Freedom Fridays”. Sounds intriguing? Freedom Fridays is a perfect definition of TGIF—because aside from the usual “inuman“ with friends, you and the whole squad can also use the pool. Even if you are just walk-in guests! Friday pool parties? We are so in.
Oh and here’s another cherry on top. They offer unlimited drinks, too. Can Freedom Friday be anymore awesome??? Whether you want to go hard or light on the drinks department, they surely have your back with all the wines and drinks you can choose from. Their drinks selection will truly quench your thirst and cravings.
Freedom Fridays is perfect for those people and group of friends who want to eat drink and party in a chill place. Imagine yourself drinking outdoors under the bright moonlight. Doesn’t that sound inviting?
You should also try their “Nibbles Platter” while having your drinks. It comes with calamari, chicken lollipops, mozzarella sticks (our favorite!) nachos, and onion rings that your barkada and family will surely love! So if you are interested to give this event a try, Freedom Fridays happen every week, on Fridays, starting 8:30PM onwards.
The next morning, after a night of partying and chilling with my barkada, it was time to have breakfast. And not just a typical continental breakfast, a buffet breakfast at Food Exchange Manila.
This buffet breakfast is something that guests look forward to in the morning. When we saw how diverse the food choices were from the breakfast menu, we got all excited to taste different cuisines. Their food was truly mouthwatering.
Moreover, the best thing about Food Exchange Manila is that most of their ingredients, especially the fruits and vegetables, are homegrown because Novotel Manila Araneta Center has its own farm in San Mateo Rizal called El Horado. This means that you don’t have to worry if what you’re eating is safe or healthy because all of it are 100% fresh. Perfect for those who are health conscious.
After stuffing ourselves with good breakfast, we were able to tour around the hotel; we were amazed when we saw the premiere lounge. It is the area for those who want to keep a private moment by themselves or with someone. We love the interior of this lounge. It is very nice and gives a cozy feeling.
The lounge’s breakfast station setup is really classy, too. The guests who stay in this lounge can request a personal dish they want from the chef.
After that, we headed to “In Balance” which is Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s gym. The place is smaller compared to other gyms but this doesn’t stand as a hindrance for you to do all the workout routines you want.
What makes this gym unique is that they have the Kinesis machine that enables you to do all sort of exercises you want to target a certain body part. We tried it and felt really energized!
Now if you feel like you want some pampering time, Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s spa will not let you down. This is actually my favorite place in the hotel. The spa’s signature scent is very relaxing. They also offer different kinds of massages that you should try for yourself.
If you feel like bringing your kids with you they will surely love the Kid’s Zone because of all the fun activities they can do there. They would also enjoy the ball pit area where they can play with their friends or even with their parents.
Kid’s Zone will never be a boring place for your little cuties for they will definitely enjoy this place that was made fun, safe, and comfortable just for them.

As hours passed by, it was time for us to check out. Honestly, there was a part of me that didn’t want to go home yet. Novotel Manila Araneta Center made me feel like I’m already at home because of the cozy feels it gave me and, of course, because of the friendly and all-smiles staff that welcomed us during our stay there.
Staying at Novotel Manila Araneta Center was such a wonderful experience we’ll never forget and we will surely go back there whenever we plan to hang out again with my barkada or with my family.
