 FLUXCEND is a fusion of two words, flux, which means continuous change, and transcend, which means to go beyond the range or limits.
FLUXCEND is a global hospitality leadership conference organized by Elite Productions. It aims to educate and inspire the delegates on global leadership as an interdisciplinary study of the fundamental concepts that future industry leaders should understand in order to become a globally competitive professional.
This conference will serve as a venue for the exchange of knowledge and experiences regarding global industry success and create awareness on how good leaders affect the world around us; emphasizing the importance of having a competitive advantage by imparting the necessary skills and knowledge required in the professional field.
