ENTERTAINMENT: The Title of the Next ‘Fantastic Beasts’ Film Has Been Revealed

Nope, it’s not ‘Fantastic Beasts 2’ and definitely not ‘Fantastic Beasts 2 and Where to Find Them.’ Warner Bros. has finally revealed the official title of the sequel and it’s way more exciting than that.

The title? It’s ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.’ Yes, you’ve read that right. It seems like we’ll be seeing Johnny Depp, who plays the character of Gellert Grindelwald in the film, a lot.

Below is the announcement from the film’s official Twitter account:

Other characters who will be joining the main hero Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) include the young Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law), Newt’s brother Theseus Scamander (Callum Turner), and his fiance Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz).

Meanwhile, the returning stars include sisters Tina (Katherine Waterson) and Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), Jacob (Dan Fogler, and Credence (Ezra Miller).

Surely, with all these magical characters teaming up, we’d get to see an absolutely fantastic film. The ‘Fantastic Beasts’ sequel is set to hit theaters on November 16 next year.
