Kapamilya actor Elmo Magalona caused a stir online after he posted a sweet photo with his non-showbiz girlfriend on Instagram during their anniversary but quickly deleted it afterward. Now, he gave his fans and followers an explanation of why he did so.

“I feel like I need to share to everyone why I removed my post from yesterday,” he began on his post.
He went on to clarify that he had to take down his photo with his girlfriend in respect to her privacy.
“I should have been more considerate. I posted without telling anybody. Honestly, it was irresponsible thinking,” he said. “I’d like to apologize to her, and her family for my actions and putting them in such a position. I don’t want to be taking away anybody’s privacy from them.”
He then asked everyone to understand his decision to keep his love life unpublicized.
“To everyone reading this, please disregard what I had to share last night. Let’s just focus on what matters right now. Peace to everyone,” he ended.
