Move over other airlines, this “Bikini Airline” is set to make the first woman billionaire in Vietnam.
Vietnamese entrepreneur Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, who is VietJet Air’s incumbent CEO, is on her way to becoming Vietnam’s first billionaire.
Her latest marketing ploy is dressing up VietJet Air’s flight attendants in sexy bikini outfits.
With this business move, VietJet Air is expected to grab 30% of Vietnam’s airline market share in just a few years.

According to reports, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao’s fortune is expected to balloon to $1.37 billion once her privately-owned airlines becomes public in the coming three months.

In an interview, when asked about the sexy attire of her crew, Thao said:
You have the right to wear anything you like, either the bikini or the traditional ao dai (traditional Vietnamese clothing). We don’t mind people associating the airline with the bikini image. If that makes people happy, then we are happy.
