Best Western Plus Antel Hotel: For Remarkable Makati Staycations!

I love staycations! Nothing like spending a weekend in a new environment, meeting new people and experiencing new flavors. Last weekend, we were blessed with yet another meaningful stay for we got the chance to get to know one of the country’s most progressive cities – Makati City!

Makati City is known as the Philippine’s business capital and also one of the classiest cities in the land. The country’s financial center, earning it the nickname, “Wall Street of the Philippines.” The major banks, corporations, department stores as well as embassies of the different nations are based here. But you see, despite its image to be only known for business and trade, there’s this other side of Makati which I believe people should know of.

Last weekend, we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Antel Hotel, situated beside A. Venue Mall. Best Western is a well known international hotel chain so we also wanted to experience their own signature hospitality.

We really liked its casual and friendly atmosphere. Everyone kept on smiling a lot and were so easy to approach. =)

Our room was spacious enough and everything we needed was readily available. I actually liked its relaxing ambiance…

Our room was like a studio type condo. It even had a dining table and a mini-kitchen with microwave making it ideal for long staying guests or for people who wish to cook meals during their stay.

Perfect for people who wish to escape the stresses of the outside world, without having to travel away from the metro.

Be sure to let your kids (if you have any) play and swim at the pool area located at the 5th floor

They have a total of 3 pools to cater to both kids and adults! Super saya!

Another great reason why we enjoyed our staycation at Best Western Plus Antel Hotel was because of the countless new flavors and eats which we discovered around A.Venue! This side of Makati is always full of life! Never a dull moment!

It was our first time here and we were surprised to know that this has been existing for years! This open bazaar area is popularly known as HOTT ASIA and here you can find a variety of street food, clothing, bags, shoes, accessories etc plus LIVE entertainment every night!
