Landers is a Filipino Concept Supermarket which opened its doors to consumers this year. Unlike most groceries in the Metro, Landers offers a wide variety of products that are both imported and local. Aside from the grocery, there is also a restaurant, coffee shop, bake shop, and barber shop the whole family can enjoy.
Landers, located in Balintawak and will soon open in Otis, is a membership grocery store that is spacious, complete, and has good value for money. I actually panicked when I first stepped in. They offer tons of products I’ve never seen before, so I quickly filled up my shopping cart.
What I loved about Landers is how everything is organized. The signs hanging from the ceiling are big enough for you to not get lost.
The very first area I went to is the fresh produce section. I was pleased to see some local and imported vegetables that are perfect for salads and some recipes I wanted to do.
I spent the most time at the seafood section because they have farm-fresh goods like fishes and shrimps. I’m sure you wouldn’t miss this section because there’s a huge tuna and salmon display.
There are also the poultry and meat sections that sell special-cut meats. And if you are looking for some quality steaks like Wagyu then this is the right place as well.
Just opposite of the mat section is the deli section where you can get cheese cuts for your wine and cheese parties.
Behind the deli is the section for the wine, beer, and other liquors. What I liked about this section is the glass display where some special liquors are displayed. There are local craft beers too!
The middle aisle is so spacious that you can do cartwheels!
The very first aisle I went to are where the cookies are. Like most families who do their groceries at Landers, the parents are always looking for nice snacks for their kids.

I love Corn Flakes for breakfast and you can step up your cooking with Crumbs. Perfect for some fried goodies.
Landers also has a section for organic groceries.
Many people think Landers only sell imported goods but they also have local products. Just look at this Pickled Mango in spicy flavor!
I went a little crazy in the ice cream aisle. So many brands and flavors to choose from! And, yes, this is really wine ice cream.
Though Landers doesn’t have a separate pharmacy, they have an aisle with a selection of medicines.
And for your home parties, Landers has a selection of kitchen accessories you will need.
For pet needs, I was actually impressed with the available products at Landers. They have products for both cats and dogs.
If you are looking for clothes, Landers has a special section where you can get shirts, shorts, pants, bags, and even swimwear.
And, aside from the grocery area, you can also enjoy Landers through its food.
