The second season of Stranger Things is coming up soon, and those who can’t wait for the October release have something to tide them over: the series is now a game!
The game was announced on the show’s Facebook page, and they even included a short gameplay.

To keep up with the ’80s feel of the show, the game plays like one of those 8bit games we grew up with, like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders. The Stranger Things game is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
Stranger Things follows a group of young boys whose friend goes missing, not knowing that his disappearance is tied to a top-secret government experiment that involves monsters and a creepy parallel universe. For its second season, the missing Will Byers returns and seems to be the first person who realizes that not everything is as it should be. If the trailer is anything to go by, then it looks like season two is going to be action-packed.
The second season will start streaming on Netflix beginning October 27.
