It was my first time doing a stand-up paddle board session. Before going to the mangroves, Sir Lito, the resort’s ultimate guy for outdoor activities, gave me tips and a short training to make sure that I can ride a paddleboard while doing the mangrove tour. It’s such a cool experience getting to see the healthy mangrove forest while gliding through the water on a paddle board.
The resort is also surrounded with beautiful snorkeling and diving spots. You can swim close to the colorful corals and different varieties of fish. Stilts Resort is also working on opening a dive center for diving courses, so let’s watch out for that!
Their ATV rides is a must-try activity too! They have 6 long and challenging trails that await the brave ATV riders out there! Before jumping into the rough trails, they will give you proper gear and training. There is also a simple test track where you can practice your ATV handling. This is where they’ll determine if you’re ready to take the off-road challenge.
Apart from the activities I’ve tried, they also have other activities such as kayaking, biking, scuba diving, and a lot more! Wait, have I mentioned the majestic view of the sunset from the shore?
And the sight of the sunrise the morning is just as breathtaking!
After a long day of activities, you can dine in their in-house restaurant, The Sweet Spot. Have a hearty plate of seafood with a warm candlelight by the beach to cap the day!
If you don’t want to stay overnight, you can opt for a day tour instead. Day tour rates start at only P350! You can stay in pavilions, cabanas, open huts, or picnic tables depending on the size of your crowd.
