SPORTS: Brent Paraiso will no longer play for the DLSU Green Archers

The point guard will no longer suit up for the Taft based squad for the next UAAP Season come September.

Just today, Brent Paraiso announced on his Twitter account that his journey as a Green Archer has ended and will seek a fresh new start as he believes that God is “leading him to Espana”.

Virtual Playground, who handles Paraiso, has confirmed to ABS-CBN that he would be transferring. Additionally, Paraiso’s representative, Mark Salamat, further confirmed that Paraiso’s father Bong “expresses his gratitude to Coach Aldin Ayo for believing in Brent”.

Paraiso will be reuniting with former head coach of DLSU Green Archers Aldin Ayo when joining the UST Growling Tigers, where the latter was sworn in as the team’s new head coach early this year.

We can only see action from Paraiso on court after a year as the UAAP residency rule still applies.
