The night was capped off by sampling three fine desserts from Solace Makati: The Cheesecake, Apple Crumble and Brazo de Mercedes.

The cheesecake was moist and had a wonderful taste once it hit the tip of my tongue. The apple crumble proved to be a very palatable dessert, as well, not only in terms of presentation, but also in taste. However, it was the Brazo de Mercedes that really left me in awe. The slice of this cake was tantalizing to both my eyes and taste buds. It had the right moistness of the brazo and the center filling was so divine. I’d come back to this place not just for the steaks, but also for this dessert.

We would like to thank Mr. Spanky Enriquez, Ms. Eunice Uy and the rest of the Solace Makati staff for being awesome guests that night. While the food was excellent, what added to the great experience that night was the company of fellow friends and bloggers. My overall experience that night was that of enjoyment of both food and company. I’m pretty sure I’ll return to Solace for their steaks very soon.
