Sofitel Manila Launches Magnifique Memories Photo Contest
The countdown to the luxurious transformation of the iconic Grand Plaza Ballroom begins this September!
To usher in this momentous event, Sofitel launches a photo contest to highlight “magnifique memories” of guests celebrated at Sofitel Manila. Sofitel invites guests to share memorable moments and stories which have become an endearing part of their lives since 1976. Share a magnifique memory — that special moment you celebrated at the Grand Plaza Ballroom which hosted thousands of remarkable events, or that annual social gathering in one of the deluxe function rooms, or perhaps that wonderful social celebration at Spiral or at the Seawall Garden.
Stand a chance to win a luxurious staycation package! Submit a photo of you or you together with your family/friends celebrating that magnifique moment at any of the posh areas at Sofitel Philippine Plaza and be one of the first to witness the unveiling of the new opulent ballroom.
The “Magnifique Memories” Photo Contest is open to any non-professional photographer aged 18 to 65 years old and currently residing in the Philippines. To submit an entry, send an email to sofitel6308@gmail.com with the subject line: “An entry to Sofitel Manila’s Magnifique Memories Photo Competition“. A participant is required to supply his/her full name, mobile number and photo description in the body of the email in order to have successful photo submissions.
All successfully submitted photos are considered qualified entries. Participants can only submit once per day for the entire duration of the contest.
Winners will be selected via an internal jury who will choose the winning entries based on substance creativity and originality. The competition runs from September 18 to October 2, 2014. The grand winner will receive a luxurious staycation package at Sofitel inclusive of an overnight stay in a Superior Room, breakfast for two (2) at Spiral, 60 minute signature massage treatment at Le Spa, facial spa treatment for two (2) at Vietura, and an exclusive invite for two (2) to the grand opening of the new Grand Plaza Ballroom slated on October 8, 2014. Likewise, five dinner buffet for two at Spiral and Vietura gift certificates will also be given away as consolation prizes. Winners will be notified via email on October 6, 2014.
