I’m pretty sure we all know Scarlet Snow Belo. Yup, the adorable two-year-old daughter of Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr. and Dr. Vicki Belo.
Well, just recently, the little girl joined the madness over the movie “Beauty and The Beast” as her parents posted a cute photo of Scarlet in a golden yellow gown just like Belle which was made by her aunt, Cor Sunglao-Kho. To top it off, her dog named Amitee is also dressed as a baby Beast.
