When in Manila, you are fortunate to be one of the nations to witness SAVED FESTIVAL. Saved Festival is an annual festival where bands from different parts of the globe will lead Filipinos to an exhilarating night of praise and worship. For this year, the festival will be held on October 26, 2012 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Metro Manila.
SAVED FESTIVAL’s themes always focus on relevant issues of the local church. Last year, the theme revolved around living an authentic Christian life – a life with no compromise. This year, SAVED FESTIVAL 2012 will be an admonition against false teachings, to ask the church to be vigilant in seeking out and verifying God’s truth by what is written in His Word.
SAVED FESTIVAL features some of the newest and much-awaited local and international bands. ABANDON’s “Let Go” was a major hit in the introduction video of Saved Festival 2011, with the band debuting this year live at SAVED FESTIVAL 2012! THE KATINAS will also be back after their visit last 2008. DESPERATION BAND, best known for their songs like “I am Free” and “My Savior Lives”, is coming to Manila for the first time. Cebu-based worship team PAGLAUM and Manila’s very own GLORYFALL will be gracing us on this event as well.
