Luisa, a shelter providing crisis intervention, educational, socio-cultural development and livelihood assistance to abused street teenagers. With violence against women remaining to be one of the most widespread problems of human rights abuse, RISE aims to increase awareness on the alarming levels of violence against women in our society today and to help women empower themselves through basic self-defense classes.
