Push almost turned to shove between the GlobalPort Batang Pier and the Alska Aces last night after Jay Washington, Don Don Hontiveros, Vic Manuel, Clavin Abueva got into a pushing incident in the early quarter of the game.
The incident started to get rough, which prompted PBA Commissioner Chito Narvasa to cut in and take matters into hi own hands.
According to reports, 13 technical fouls were called on players and officials from both teams due to the incident, while the game had a total of 16 technical fouls to tie the most number of TF’s in a game set by Alaska and Shell in the 1997.
Aces went on to win last night’s game to tie with Globalport.
