They say friends are for life, but what is the true test of friendship? How do we know that the friends we have are for keeps? This student recently found out that his barkada was the kind he could count on, no matter what. He shared on Facebook how his friends chipped in so he could enroll in school.

Shoutouts sa mga tropa kong nag patak-patak para magkaroon ako ng pang-enroll para makabuo ako ng P1,665 pang paunang bayad. Salamat, mga boy ???? Yung totoo nahihiya talaga ako kanina habang binubuo niyo yung pera kasi alam ko kailangan niyo rin yun. Pasensya na kayo. Wala talaga kami ngayon. Wala talaga. Kita niyo naman, halos pamasahe tsaka sarili ko lang talaga yung dala ko kanina ???? Isang Sem nalang tayo. Isang-isa nalang tapos na tayo . Muntik pa akong hindi makapagpatuloy . Kundi dahil sa inyo, wala. Hindi talaga ako makakapag-enroll ngayon ???????? Gusto ko talagang i-post to at magpasalamat talaga sa inyo kasi masaya ako’t kayo yung mga nakasama ko . Tsaka gusto ko rin ipagmalaki sa mga makakabasa nito kung anong klaseng mga KAIBIGAN/TROPA/BARKADA meron ako ????????Hayaan niyo . Makaraos lang. Makaraos lang talaga. Babawi At babawi ako. (A shoutout to my friends who pitched in so I can enroll and pay my first payment of P1,665. Thanks, guys! To be honest I was embarrassed when you were counting the money because I know you need it, too. But I’m really broke. As you saw earlier, I only had myself and my fare money. We only have one more semester before we graduate. And I almost had to miss this. If not for you, I wouldn’t be able to enroll. I want to post this and thank you guys because I’m so happy you’re my friends. And I want to let everyone know what kind of friends I have. I’ll make it up to you. Thanks, friends!)
