Filipinos are all about get-togethers with friends and family. Most of the time, though, we tend to have a hard time finding a place to relax and unwind. Well, WhenInManila.com found the perfect getaway destination. The good thing? It’s just a few hours away from Manila!

Raffi’s Way might look familiar because there are some teleseryes that have used this vacation house.

Raffi’s Way is just by the road near Tagaytay Rotonda and it gives you a breathtaking view of Taal with lush greens surrounding the property.

The outside part of the house is beautiful and very Instagram-worthy. The area is also spacious enough to set up things for special events. It is also ideal for those who want  to enjoy nature and look out at the beautiful scenery of Tagaytay.

As soon as you enter the house, you will be greeted by this nook. The home has clean white walls and the pieces of furniture are all made of wood. The home basically boasts of a minimal design with a mix of classic elements made from reclaimed wood.

The living room is my favorite part of the house as it gives the perfect view of the pool area and overlooks Taal.

It has floor-to-ceiling glass walls, so you can enjoy the outdoors even when inside. The block of rock used as a coffee table is also the perfect contrast with the softness of the white bamboo couch that doubles as a daybed.

The dining area can seat up to 10 people and the large marble table is spacious enough for all of the food you would like to serve during your stay. I love the chairs that accompany it, too! 8 seats are made out of leather and wood, while 2 seats are made out of animal skin and wood – a perfect combination of modern and rustic.

Most of the time, when looking for a vacation house, the kitchen will make or break it. At Raffi’s Way, the kitchen is spacious enough to even do cartwheels! The stove and oven front the pool area, so you can cook and enjoy the view at the same time. There’s a two-door fridge, an oven toaster, a water heater, a rice cooker and all of the cooking utensils you might need. They also have complete sets of spoons, forks, plates, and glasses. You just have to bring whatever it is that you’ll want to cook.

The bathroom area of the master bedroom is amazing. It has a bathtub, his and hers faucets a toilet and shower area behind a glass door. In case you are wondering, Raffi’s Way is like a hotel, so you are provided with the necessary toiletries. No need to bring your own towels, shampoos and soaps!

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, Raffi’s Way is the perfect place for you. It’s not too far, so you won’t have to go through the hassle of travelling for too long, especially if you only have a weekend to spare. There is a total of 4 bedrooms and the whole house can comfortably fit 10-15 people. There is also a spacious parking area if you will be bringing separate vehicles. We travelled for about an hour going to Raffi’s Way via Cavite and it can take around 1.5 hours if you go through Laguna.

The whole vacation house costs Php35,000 per night with an additional Php1,000 per adult and Php500 per child.
