PWR Terminus: The Last Stop of 2015

There’s no doubt that 2015 has been big for Philippine Wrestling Revolution. All in the span of a year, PWR has gone from being a fledgling wrestling organization and has grown into the one and only premiere professional wrestling company in the Philippines. In the year 2015, they introduced two new championships, have gone on to bigger venues (with air-conditioning), and have procured their very own wrestling ring. Now, on December 19, 2015 at the iAcademy Auditorium, PWR is looking to close out 2015 on a roll with their last show of the year, PWR Terminus. Here’s a look at what’s in store for you in this action-packed event.

The Return of the Suplado Show

The controversial Suplado Show featuring Mr. Suplado himself, Stanley Chi, will be making its hotly anticipated return at PWR Terminus. His guest for this edition is none other than General Manager of PWR, Mr. Sy. As we recall from PWR Renaissance, the last time the Suplado show involved Mr. Sy, it ended up with Mr. Sy undermining and eventually ejecting a livid Mark D. Manalo. Who knows what will happen this time around? All we know is, Mr. Sy will be watching.

SANDATA vs. Peter Versoza II

One of the most personal rivalries in PWR will heat up once again at PWR Terminus. After suffering a defeat at the hands of Peter Versoza in PWR Live, SANDATA took it upon himself to request for a rematch against his former Dual Shock partner. Will the mysterious masked competitor finally get his first win in his PWR career or will the dynamic party-boy Versoza go up 2-0 against SANDATA.

The Royal Flush (Main Maxx & John Sebastian) vs. Bombay Suarez & Jake De Leon

A rivalry that has been brewing for the better part of 2015 will finally come to blows in a big time tag team match at PWR Terminus. After “Classical” Bryan Leo claimed the PWR Championship at Wrevolution X back in May, the Royal Flush have been running roughshod over PWR and have been making the lives of certain wrestlers feel like a living hell, specifically the lives of Jake De Leon and Bombay Suarez. After finally being fed up with they Royal Flush’s antics, Jake De Leon and Bombay Suarez (along with Ralph Imabayashi) took it upon themselves to help out an outnumbered Mark D. Manalo escape the Dead Man’s Hand of the Flush and get some much needed payback against the faction at PWR Live. Now, the heart and soul of PWR and the son of a haciendero look to exact even more revenge against the “Perfect 10” and the “Ace-Hole” of the Royal Flush at PWR Terminus. Will the Senyorito and the B*tch-killer finally get back on the winning track or will the Royal Flush continue their run of dominance?

Mark D. Manalo vs. The Apocalypse: All Out War [Hair vs. Mask]

Mark D. Manalo and The Apocalypse have each taken away something from one another and now they look to take away even more than what has already been lost at PWR Terminus. The Apocalypse took away Mark D. Manalo’s friend, mentor, and Beer Promdi teammate, Kanto Terror, when he brutally attacked him at the first ever PWR Live and attempted to gouge his eye out which leaves Kanto Terror on the injured list even today. Mark D. Manalo, on the other hand, took away The Apocalypse’s chance at becoming PWR champion back at PWR Renaissance. On the previous PWR Live, The Apocalypse looked exact his revenge on Mark D. Manalo by taking him out with his devastating Death Bell but it didn’t exactly finish the job. After pushing Mr. Sy on social media to grant his request, we will now see Mark D. Manalo take on The Apocalypse in PWR’s most dangerous match, ALL OUT WAR. If Mark D. Manalo loses, he will lose his hair but if The Apocalypse loses, he must take off his mask. One will walk out victorious while the other will lose something once more.

“Ruthless” Miguel Rosales (Fighters 4 Hire) vs. Chris Panzer: #1 Contendership Match for the MYPW Southeast Asia Championship

In a blockbuster move announced by General Manager, Mr. Sy, PWR has seemingly established ties with Malaysia Pro-Wrestling (MYPW) and will be sending one representative from PWR to challenge for the MYPW Southeast Asia championship and that representative will be the winner of the match between “Ruthless” Miguel Rosales of the Fighters 4 Hire and the leader of the Panzer Army, Chris Panzer. These two are no strangers to each other as Miguel Rosales is currently under contract with “The Social Media Sinister” Ken Warren and Panzer has had to deal with the Fighter 4 Hire’s shenanigans in the past. Now, Rosales and Panzer will meet in the squared circle for the first time ever with a really rich prize up for grabs. Will Miguel Rosales’ ruthlessness be too much for Chris Panzer or will the pioneer of Panzermonium come out on top?

The PATH OF GOLD Tournament

On December 19th at PWR Terminus, we will see the inaugural PATH OF GOLD Tournament . In this contest, 8 men will battle it out for a shot at either of the two championships here at Philippine Wrestling Revolution.PATH OF GOLD starts out with two competitors in the ring, with the six others entering the playing field in 90-second intervals. The only way to win is for one to outlast every other competitor by way of submission or pin fall. The winner of the contest is awarded the no. 1 contendership for a title of his choosing—either the PWR Championship or the Philippine Hybrid X Title. The 8 men vying for the title shots are Bombay Suarez, Jake De Leon, Main Maxx, John Sebastian, James “Idol” Martinez, Rederick Mahaba, Peter Versoza, and SANDATA. Eight amazing competitors but only one will be able to stay on the PATH OF GOLD.

PWR Championship Match: “Classical” Bryan Leo (c) vs. Ralph Imabayashi

“Classical” Bryan Leo will once again be defending his beloved PWR Championship at PWR Terminus and this time it will be up against the Filipino-Japanese sensation, Ralph Imabayashi. After winning a hard-fought #1 contendership match for the PWR title against his long-time rival, John Sebastian, Ralph Imabayashi was on top of the world until the Royal Flush decided to take out the newly crowned #1 contender by dealing him the Dead Man’s Hand at the previous PWR Live event. Ralph Imabayashi, however, would get his revenge later on that night as he joined both Jake De Leon and Bombay Suarez in saving Mark D. Manalo from a Royal Flush onslaught and in the process, Imabayashi dished out a Sonic Crusher to every member of the Flush which left the Revo-Nation in a frenzy and chanting his name. Before the night ended, Imabayashi was able to grab the PWR championship, sat down in the middle of the ring, and smiled as he hugged it and stared at Bryan Leo showing him that for a man Ralph’s size, he’s one dangerous individual that you should not take lightly. At PWR Terminus, will we see the king of the Royal Flush make his way out of PWR Terminus with the championship or will the half-Filipino, half-Japanese hotshot become the new PWR champion?

Don’t miss out on the final PWR show of 2015! PWR Terminus will be on December 19, 2015 at the iAcademy Auditorium located at the iAcademy Plaza, H.V. Dela Costa, Makati City and the event will start at 7PM.
