He was found and rescued from being tied up with no owner, no food and no water by an animal welfare advocate.

He was abandoned, left tied up with no food or water. A fellow animal welfare advocate rescued him the other day but she cant keep doggy for long. Pinapaalis na ng mga tita niya and nagagalit na mama niya sa kanya.
WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE HELP SA MEDICAL BILLS AND FUNDRAISE if needed. We will transport the dog to your location din if kaya.

The dog is currently in Valenzuela under the care of the rescuer. If you are willing to adopt/foster this dog or if you know someone who does, please don’t hesitate to contact Trish Romans as soon as possible. They are even willing to bring the dog to your house and help on the medical bills.
