PSA: Bring Justice To The Animal Offender Who Maltreated This Dog

The Palawan Animal Welfare Association, a foundation that promotes and protects the welfare of all kind of animals in the Philippines, recently rescued a suffering dog.

Last November 5, 2016, PAWA saved a maltreated dog named Sultan whose hind legs were tied with wire by an unknown person. He was found under a car parked in B.M. Road, Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Don’t worry, Sultan the dog is now safe under the care of PAWA. He has also been treated at a veterinary clinic in Palawan.

PAWA is reaching out to everyone who may help find the animal offender who did this to the dog. If you know any information that could aid the investigation, you may contact the foundation at 0928- 503-4395. Donations and contributions for the medical expenses of Sultan will also be deeply appreciated.

For other concerns, you may reach out to PAWA Founder and President, Jackie Baut, using the number stated above.
