See how college students from all over Metro Manila showcase their political knowledge and artistic ability in a month-long competition that melds politics and art on December 5, 2014. Now on its third year, POLITIKultura, in its very bold theme Risks in Political Arena in the Philippines, is taking a giant leap forward as it challenges the contestants to submit photos, videos, or poems that show the various risks and consequences typically faced when entering the Philippine political arena. Contestants will be vying for P5000, P3000, and P1500 for first, second, and third prizes, respectively for three separate categories, namely POLITulaan, POLiTrato and POLIKula.
