The PCP has released a video showing and explaining how you can be tricked by suspects with this cell phone selling modus. They target the public specifically in Plaza Miranda, Quiapo, Manila. Their modus is that they will ask if you are interested in buying a cellphone for a cheaper price. You may use it and check if it is ok as much as you want. They will sell it to you for Php 5000-3000 Once you have given the money they will switch the phone with a dummy phone that does not work at all.
