The Philippines-Netherlands Business Council, along with the European Chamber of Commerce Philippines and the EU-Philippines Business Network, invite you to its upcoming Tax Reform Forum. The luncheon’s discussion will be led by Assistant Secretary Ma. Theresa Habitan of the Department of Finance whose work focuses on the tax reform program, revenue forecasting, and fiscal programming. She is also involved in the inter-agency coordination and the pushing of the Department of Finance’s position and policy framework during Congressional hearings, and also took part in advocating for the passage of sin tax and VAT reforms in the past.
