A Filipina lawyer finished at the top of her postgraduate studies program at the prestigious Queen Mary of University London!

Rhio Fuentes Nuylan, a recipient of the distinguished Chevening Scholarship, graduated with distinction as she bested other students in her class in the Master of Science in Law and Finance, and was also awarded as the Top Performing Student.
Nuylan belongs to a roster of 26 Filipinos who are finishing their postgraduate studies in the UK under the Chevening Scholarship. She chose her program to support her work as a senior officer at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
