On the photo, you can see the mayor on the lower left corner while words “This is Where Our Taxes Go.” are written on the lower right side. In between the two, an arrow pointing to the mayor can be found.

It obtained several comments, where some said that it’s an “epic fail” while one jokingly commented that “just being honest guys.”
