It’s the Filipino people vs the Government! We go from Con-Ass to Con-con to Pro-ASS to protect the politicians in power. Our Senior Political Correspondent Pam Perlas breaks it down and tells us what Pro-ASS means for the Filipino people.

Big: You? Small: us? Big: oh yes sorry, who are you again? I am the Government…. Small: …….. I’m the people Big: Oh yes the people, I think we’ve met before… I think I seen you about 6 years ago or something… Small: Yes…. You see me every 6 years… every time you need my vote…. Big: Ah, my love, yes, where have you been this whole time. It is almost time for us to meet again… unless of course we can get the con-ass to change things for the better. Small: what? The con-ass doesn’t do much for the people…. Big: WHAT! You dare question your government? Small: well…. Big: (Starts cussing and hitting small) Why you ungrateful intolerable scum of a nobody, you defy me for the last time and ….. blah blah blah blah Vince….. Vince….. VINCE!!!! (Camera zooms out and sees Vince is actually the one holding and playing with the puppets while Pam has came into the picture to stop Vince) (awkward pause and look into the camera) Vince: Ladies and Gentlemen, our Senior Political Correspondent, Pam Pearlas !!!!! Vince: So what brings you here Pam? Pam: Well for one, a police escort, but for another, to stop you from this non-sense and to introduce our new campaign Vince. Vince: New Campaign? Pam: Yes, if you haven’t heard, the Supreme Courts have thrown out the petition to change our government into a Constituent Assembly, or Con-Ass, calling it “unconstitutional.” So we at the government feel it’s necessary to introduce a new and more “PR” type of constitution that will benefit me… I mean… the people… will benefit the people…. We call it….. the “Prolific Reform Opportunity Assembly” or “PRO-ASS” Vince: ….. so your new constitution is called Pro-Ass? So we’ll be the Pro-Asses of the Philippines? Well might work with the expats and to bring in tourists I guess…. Pam: Vince, this new reform is intended to keep current government officials asses in office longer to ensure they can be an ass, kick ass and… get ass…… longer than the initial terms allotted. Vince: And ummmmm.. that sounds great and all… but my question is what would this do for the poor, the hungry, the people? Pam: Who? Vince: You know… the people…. Pam: …… OH yes…… THEM…… well we have yet to figure out that part yet. Vince: Well how do you intend for them to go along with all this? Pam: Well Vince, let’s just say we’re going to make them an offer they can’t refuse…. (death stare at camera) It’s either Pro-Ass or your ass people! Vince: well…. Thanks so much for stopping by…. Will you be staying for some dinner? Pam: I’d love to but my police escorts are waiting outside Vince: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN PAM PERLAS!!!!!!!!!
