Vice presidential hopeful Loren Legarda was spotted doing some shopping the other day. She was at the mall deciding which color dress to buy when our correspondents spotted her. She was choosing between a black dress and a white dress. She called into question many issues with the black dress… at one point, she even signed a petition for the black dress to step down from its position and just head back to the racks. She criticized and questioned the black dress. In the end… she bought the black dress because it had more money.
